PM Policy
- All deposits and services are NON-REFUNDABLE!
- All remaining balances MUST be paid in full the day before your service before 9pm. Any balances left unpaid after 9pm will result in a CANCELED appointment.
- You will receive a CONSULTATION FORM that is located in the confirmation email & reminder email! Please make sure the form is TRUTHFULLY filled out BEFORE your service!
- You have a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD! Once 10 minutes has passed your service will be CANCELLED and will need to be RESCHEDULED, even if you are “parking” or “outside”
- ABSOLUTELY NO GUESTS!
- No call no shows will be BANNED from booking, unless given a valid excuse within 24 hours.
- All cancellations or rescheduled appointments need to be made 24 Hrs in advance. You will only be allowed ONE free rescheduled appointment, after you must repay a deposit.
SALON POLICIES
- Virtual Consultations are REQUIRED before booking. During consultations, we discuss your natural hair's current state, what your desires are with your extensions & a plan to grow and strengthen your natural hair.
- Extensions are provided with every service. During your consultation, you will be texture matched.
- No children or extra guests are allowed.
- Every service includes a nourishing steam application with your shampoo service
- If the length of your hair doesn't meet the preferred length requirement this doesn't mean you are ineligible for the service, but there will be an up-charge in your service.
DEPOSIT + LATE FEES
- Deposits are only transferable 1 time for 30 days as long as you've rescheduled 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment.
- All no-call no-shows will be charged 50% of the standing balance. There is a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are 30 minutes late there's an additional $50 charge. After 30 minutes you'll be rescheduled
- All balances are due in cash
